Having a wine market as part of the Cork & Flame culinary experience, our guests have access to one of the largest selections of wines in the area, and our in-house sommeliers are available to assist in the perfect pairing to elevate your night.  

With close to 3,000 selections and 10,000 total bottles, Cork & Flame has been awarded the Award of Excellence by Wine Spectator in 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023 which recognizes restaurants whose wine lists feature a well-chosen assortment of quality producers along with a thematic match to the menu in both price and style. Specifically, our wine list features boutique, small production, and premium wines, and we offer varietals and selections from all over the world with emphasis on wines from California, Italy, Argentina, and France. Overall, the innovative elegance of our menu presented by our Executive Chef Justin Hayes, is paired with these exclusive wines yielding a truly exceptional experience.

Patrons at Cork & Flame can also partake in winemaker’s dinners, exclusive chef’s experience dinners, and weekly wine tastings. In addition, we currently have a majority of our staff with WSET certification so that we maintain high standards of wine knowledge to share with you each visit.
