Annual CSRA GYN Cancer Support Group Charity Dinner Hosted by Cork & Flame
Chef Justin Hayes has been a part of the Annual CSRA GYN Cancer Support Group charity for the past 8 years, and it is one of our favorite events of the year. This event features a beautifully curated menu with wine pairings, hors d’oeuvres, live entertainment, and a live auction all to benefit the local CSRA GYN Cancer Group.
The CSRA GYN Cancer Support Group was established in February 2004 in Augusta, Georgia by Dr. Sharad Ghamande, and is one of the country’s largest grassroots support groups dedicated to helping women with cancer. They work with patients and families to provide structured education, support, and a buddy-mentorship program, helping them maintain hope and guidance through a most difficult period.

Our limited admission "no-kill" Pet Center requires nearly $300,000 a year to operate. The CSRA Humane Society is a non-profit, privately-funded, volunteer organization. We receive no local, state or federal tax dollars nor any money from the large national humane groups. We rely solely on community support by way of donations, annual memberships and fundraising events.
