Indulge your senses with our upcoming wine dinner featuring the coveted, allocated wines from the Seven Apart collection by winemaker Andy Erickson. Mr. Erickson has worked previously with top wineries including Screaming Eagle, Harlan, Staglin, Dalla Valle, Ovid, Favia, and Mayacamas. The wines for the evening will be paired with a five course dinner presented by Chef Justin Hayes.

The extreme mountain-grown cabernets from the Seven Apart collection are only available through Seven Apart’s exclusive Allocation List. With four releases per year, only their members gain access to some of Napa Valley's most sought-after Cabernet Sauvignons, making our upcoming wine dinner even more exclusive. On February 28th, we are proud to host this coveted wine dinner where guests will experience exclusive allocated wines all in one night while they indulge in a coursed dinner presented by Chef Justin Hayes.
